In Richland County, SC a school bus driver has been charged with DWI. She was transporting students to school during the time the incident occurred. She lost control of the school bus while she was driving it which is what led state troopers to investigating further. Luckily there were no students on the bus at the time the accident happened. The incident occurred around 9:10 a.m. on Friday morning.
The driver, Margaret Means, blew a .17 on the breath test to test her alcohol content. This is well above the legal limit of .08 in South Carolina.
