A man from Hickory recently plead guilty on charges relating to possession and distribution of methamphetamines. The charges resulted from an arrest made in August 2011. Agents at the Burke County Sherriff’s Office received a tip about the main. A search of the man’s home revealed the man had materials related to meth in his home.
The man ended up pleading guilty to three counts of possession of methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine precursor materials. He has been sentenced to serve between three years two months and three years ten months in prison.
