A man who was killed in a car accident Thursday is believed to have been intoxicated. The accident occurred in Richlands. The man was attempting to make a left hand turn off of Fowler Manning Road and turned in front of a tractor-trailer. The man’s vehicle was then pushed into another vehicle that was in a northbound land. The man died at the scene of the accident. No one else was injured.
The man who was killed in the accident had a previous conviction for DWI. In addition he had had a pending court date scheduled in March for two DWI charges. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed.
